Digital Services Act

Azerbaijan eVisa is committed to facilitating a secure and trustworthy online environment, particularly for individuals within the European Union. We adhere to the main aspects of the EU Digital Services Act, engaging with transparency, user safety, and accountability for data handling.

Following Article 11 of the Digital Services Act, we have implemented a point of contact for interaction with:

• Authorities of EU Member States
• The European Commission
• The European Board for Digital Services
• Users of our platform

The official language is English. If any message is received in other languages, we will make our best effort to respond in that language. However, English will always be considered the primary language for DSA communications.

Under Article 16 of the DSA, platform users, trusted flaggers, and government authorities can report information considered to be unlawful.

To fulfill our responsibilities under the DSA, we will publish an annual transparency report including:

• The total number and types of content removed or moderated
• The reasons for content removal
• The number of requests from public authorities or users
• The actions taken in response to such requests
