Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

User Responsibility

Accessing and using Azerbaijan eVisa without reviewing these Terms will be considered your responsibility. The company is not liable for consequences resulting from unawareness or misunderstanding of these conditions.

Visa Processing Time

Express visa applications are typically processed within 24 working hours
If your express visa is not approved within this time, you may request a refund of the express service charge
Processing time depends on standard schedules issued by the Azerbaijan Immigration authorities

Working Hours

8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Turkey Standard Time (GMT+3). Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) are non-working days. Applications submitted after working hours or on weekends are processed on the next working day.

Travel Disruptions

Azerbaijan eVisa is not liable for any travel disputes, whether related to flight cancellations, delays, or accommodation issues.

Privacy & Data Protection

We use personal information solely for visa processing and related communication:

All information is treated as strictly confidential
Credit card details are not stored on our servers
We do not sell, trade, or share personal information with third parties

Pricing & Payment Policy

Prices may vary before order confirmation due to government fees or currency exchange rates
All payments are processed with full security via Visa, MasterCard, or other available payment options
Payments must be authorized by the user's issuing bank
If payment is cancelled, services may be delayed

Refund Policy

Visa approvals are solely determined by Azerbaijan immigration authorities
In case of rejection, visa fees are non-refundable
If incorrect documents or application errors are submitted by the user, a processing fee of USD 73 will be deducted from the refund

Urgent Visa Refund

If your urgent visa application is not processed within 24 working hours, you may request a refund of the urgent service fee (USD 50). The standard visa application fee is non-refundable.
